I doubt RCCL will implement an ESR ... they've asked about it in focus groups, etc. and are finding people hate it ... clients only love it until they have to cancel and they find out that nonrefundable REALLY means nonrefundable.
As for the price guarantee policy, it really isn't that bad. Prior to final payment they'll still honor price reductions, the 48 hour thing is really for AFTER final payment.
